A Digital Bond or eNote is an unconditional promise to pay a specific sum to another party at a specific future
date and can be modularly structured to fit any financing purpose. The eNote is based on blockchain
technology and can be easily transferred to any third party (i.e. an investor). When compared to
other financing tools, eNotes™ excel through their modularity and global transferability,
based on a standardized legal framework. Single eNotes are stored as NFTs on a blockchain.
By issuing multiple eNotes, an issuer can obtain financing in a way comparable to commercial papers.
Digital Bonds
How does it work?
Connect your wallet, and proceed to buy the digital asset containing all the bond informations.
The asset will be directly sent to your wallet. The Bond is loaded on the blockchain
though the use of a ERC-721 smart contract, providing high standards of security, traceability
and secure for transactions, guaranteeing the safety of an "escrow" like service, but instant, democratic
and 100% controlled by the Blockchain. Owning the BOND-NFT, provides the same benefits of owning it's physical equivalent.
ERC-720 Smart Contracts
ERC is the acronym for, Ethereum Request for Comments (ERC) 721 is a data standard for creating non fungible tokens, meaning each token is unique and cannot be divided or directly exchanged for another ERC-721 token.
this specific contract allows to create a unique digital asset on the blockchain, carrying the bond and the unique contract-id, denying any possibility of counterfeiting.
